That IAT is really weird. We are using same turbos kit ( same coolers and exhaust ) in much hotter climate ( 40-44c at night ) and we never saw IAT like yours.
What was the weather temp while IAT was 65??
Double check your cooling system completely ( Radiators, water hoses/lines.......etc)

What about the aftermarket front and rear bumper? couldn't effect air flow?
Are you sure you cut the Intercoolers ducts as your tuner recommend? that can be huge IAT factor

We have 3 similar setup cars, DMY and Kentusha, Moscow Unlim 500+ winners, and everyone has identical problem, all 3 cars with Proto ECU
Temperature about 25-28 celsius
All hardware is fitted properly. I don't know, we will check IAT with new setup

I just know that kentusha has internals.
That's very low temp vs IAT. We usually saw IAT 10c ( approx ) more than weather temp.

Both Kentusha and DMY rans pretty fast with no problem on stock engine. Could be something wrong with tune or build ( like cam timing degreeing off ) can cause quick overheating also.

Kentusha has stock internals, it's not mechanical problem
Mb its:
1. Restrictive exhaust, big back pressure and overal overheat
2. Bad air flow through IC
3. Something wrong with ECU

bro , i faced the same issue before 2 years ago , very high IATs even if outside temp is 15c or less !!!! when i checked my system it was one of my external WG was not installed corractly , i forgot to install the wastgate valve seat into the WG so wastgate was leaking flow ,

what happend is when i turn the EBC for high boost , the EBC will make the turbo spool much alot to give the target boost and compensate the boost leak , and this will make the turbo temp very high !!!! hope you solve your issue and fix that

Guys, what can i say... I made some tests on old software (for alpha 30) Its launch very hard 0-100 km/h 3 sec on pilot super sport +14C (pump gas and passenger in car)
100-200 km/h 4,7 sec (pump + 1 100kg guy)
Boost 1.45 bar (21 psi)
Spool... its fantastic! Like on old setup, full boost on 4500 rpm
Its realy DD car with GTX3582!!!

I found only one bad side... exhaust is too loud! ITS EXTREMLY LOUD!

New tests on C16 soon! Stay tuned

You should be 4.2-4.3sec range without the 100kg passenger
We need some 0-300kmh or 100-300kmh results

We log car, IAT was 25-40C... problem is solved.
New air intake and 4" exhaust rulez
Tomorow i will test new software on high bost (1,7 bar or 25 psi pump gas)
Expecting 4,0-4,1 sec 100-200 and 200-300 about 9 sec

ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ A great color. Keep fine tuning the car - you will get to the numbers that you want.

A video would be nice so that we could hear that exhaust!

Some tests on C16 fuel, boost 1,7 bar (25 psi)

Night, +15C, cold road

0-100 2,6 sec
100-200 4,2 sec
200-300 dont look, it was in traffic, i had to release and push pedal.

And quartermile 9,9... I hope to run 9,5 with good conditions
