LOL money to upgrade. Why so I can go an extra .1nth of a second faster in a country that you can lose your license and privileges of driving?
No thanks if I need that .1nth I can get it from the 997. Now I would get the Gt3 or the new Cayman. But the TT is a daily driver. Sorry but NO ONE is finding the 991 driving better at 5/10s driving as a 997 at 5/10s because you cant even define 5/10ths and its like saying my new Sony TV is NIGHT and day better than your Sharp. Its better because you own it.

Of course the "fit and finish" geeks that truly have no idea what true fit and finish is will talk about it because it makes them seem educated on the matter.

When it comes time to "upgrade" I will be going with a GT3 or V8 Vantage depending on what direction I want to go. No need to get a 991tt to match the guys with their off the rack Italian suits that might say 160 on the label but the fabric is the only thing good about it.

cool story bro.

Normally I get excited from spy shots... but not sure if I'm feeling this one yet. Obviously too soon to tell... I'm also a big 997 fanboy. I hope to have another by the end of the month.

I'll have to wait and see the final 991 before I even start to figure out how to acquire one.

C4TT is infamous around these parts
Wow that thing is hideous imho. I know it's not final, but as a designer, the rear haunches look like they're shrugging "i don't know.."
Not a sexy look. lol

I say hang on to your 997s. I think our 997s will be to 991s like the 993s were to 996s.

What about when the 993 was replaced by the 996. Water cooled - how could they. That being said, there is one car I've owned that I would buy back in a heartbeat if I could find it. My 993 "air cooled" Turbo.

Id buy the Resistance and "how could they" comments if that was the deal. What everyone is saying is that is very close to a 997 and the changes arent that pleasing.
Not a game breaker but still, IMHO its the difference in a c2 and a turbo.

I hope it has some sort of crazy powerplant to make up for the same ole, look that it has. Lots of differences in a 996 vs 997 visually.
No one is "resisting" change this isnt the flame design on the BMWs under Bangle its a ho hum look
