I had reached out to GIAC and they confirmed the car was tuned in 07, I just "assumed" the dealer would flash to stock for CPO, since they went as far as remove the clear bra to adhere to code.
Good that they left the tune intact - probably overlooked it on CPO...but the CPO checklist doesn't say anything about removing clear bra to certify.
