3. Put 50 psi of nitrogen in each tire.
4. Put Sta-bil in fuel and drive for at least 30 minutes to mix it and heat oil to get rid of any moisture.
5. Remove wiper blades and put Styrofoam under wiper arms where they touch the windshield.
6. After engine cools put plastic bags over exhaust tips.
7. Clean wheels, brakes, and tires.
8. Connect Battery Tender on battery
9. Cover and don't touch it until next spring.
I was always told that it was not necessary to change the oil and filter since the car's engine will not be running for a long period and therefore there are no benefits. The perfect time to change the oil is right before you put back the car on the road. This will flush the oil that was sitting there for a few months and the new oil will clean the engine before the first start.

I would also add to the list:
10. Leave windows opened by 1inch for air flow and to keep humidity out of the car.
11. Keep your garage's temperature around 60-70 degrees

The tank should be filled to the brim. Less space for moisture.

I do pretty much the same, but skip the N2...I over inflate and park on either Flatstoppers or carpet remnants. I use DampRid as my desssicant.

I also add mouse traps around the car.
