Back in December 2013 we had a definite interest in the ES Motor billet manifold. Emre sent us one to flow and balance test and it came through far better than we expected. We returned the manifold. Now ES Motor is building a newer version with internal runners which we believe will render further balance to all cylinders.
The manifold as currently designed would accept up to a 90 mm TB. We were going to use a 95 mm oval throttle body. We decided to go with 95 mm parabolical TB which straightens out the pressurized air prior to entering the manifold instead. We have sent this TB along with o ring and bolts to ES Motor and they are going to build their center billet manifold piece to accept the larger TB.
When it is returned we will reflow and balance test.
Note the lower left edge of the TB on the other side of the TB which would be upper right the same parabolical contours exist. The 95 mm is not a straight through bore. This straightens the charged air and eliminates turbulence.

soooo - is there an update ?
Emre - does the mani come with a TB ? As I know the biggest mani IPD and the big boys run are 82 ... and I just read 95..and 90. Are those off a Cayenne or ?
Any measured numbers in % HP or flow ?
or measured in 60-130 etc ?
Looks super seXXXy

90 is made from billet material, 95 is from another car not Cayenne.
Manifold does NOT come with TB.
To be honest, i don't have back to back 60-130mph test with just putting this part because when you put this it means you already have ported heads etc...
I will get more results after finishing Chad's re-designed manifold.

Hello guys,
Here are the latest results from Chad's thead.
Chad,
Here are the numbers on each runner.
All tests done at 25”.
Lift..................Front......Middle....Rear
0.050”...............49..........47.........46
0.100”...............100........100........97.5
0.150”...............140........145.5.....138
0.200”...............191........192.6.....188
0.250”...............236........234........234
0.300”...............272........269........270
0.350”...............290.5.....293........293
0.400”...............304.......299.5......304
0.450”...............308.......310.6......308
0.500"...............315.......313........311
0.550”...............316.......313........313
As you can see the flow through each runner is very even. This is a good manifold and does a lot better than anything stock, 997TT or GT2. There is a small amount of error that needs to be accounted for. Ambient air temps were between 70°F and 74°F and the Flow Bench has to deal with electrical loads. It compensates for this but there is only so much compensation. Regardless these tests show the ability of this manifold. The best I have seen so far and well out performs anything that is currently sold as an aftermarket “Intake” part for these Turbo engines.
