PDK Shifter Surround Replacement?

Guys is it possible to replace the plastic PDK shifter surround with an after-market leather option that looks stock?

Yes.

There are many out there that can wrap OEM trim, but few do it like Frank Adeli. He's not a sponsor here, but you can google "exclusive option porsche."

+1 on Exclusive Options. They have done a few pieces for me and are doing the hand brake for my GT2 as we "speak." Here is a before and after of the piece behind the shifter. Top picture - black plastic. Bottom picture - leather w/red stitching.
