Hi guys!
I am planing to build 4.1 ltr engine with ported heads, cams and all best stuff available for porsche, turbos will be precision 6466CEA or BW EFR 8374.
This engine with that kind of turbos will have a lot more torque than i have now (880 ft on crank) so the main question to swap my tip to 6 speed, is it easy swap or there is a lot of fabrication needed, what parts do i need?
I also want to know what are the solutions to enhance transmission, there may be solutions on the market?

P.S. Tiptronic wont hold this power for sure, my current torque destroys trans 1-2 times in a season and it made of best parts and a lot of custom work.

 

Wouldnt it be easier and cheaper to just buy a 6MT car?

PM me i have a COMPLETE 997tt 6speed tranny. lwfw and dualmass fw, perfect condition.

 

I thought the rebuilt Tiptronic could handle 1300NM and tuners limited power to 1250NM

I also think it's easier and cheaper to buy a new car for that build.

No, it's not! I don't have bolt on parts anymore, all parts are custom and i can't back it to stock, also there is a lot of body work and paint. Too much money spent on this car...

 

Yes tip can hold such torque but not so long as you wish

Engine is okay, only left turbo blowed, i have fixed it fast
