The Ultimate GIAC/Champion Motorsport 68mm VTG Upgrade Thread!

I was able to pull this run from the setup noted on the original post. This car has:
Champion 68mm Turbos
GIAC ECU Software
GIAC TCU Software
Stock Turbo Inlets
2.5" Exhaust
Stock Injectors
100 octane fuel
This run was taken from No Fly Zone Airstrip event in Bakersfield, 03/02/2013. Temperature at this event was 82 degrees, at an elevation of 424 feet. This gives us a density altitude of around +2100 feet. You can see that even in a higher density altitude, the car shaved off over a second in the 60-130 by adding the air and fueling supporting modifications.
Champion 68's, stock fueling, stock inlets: 7.99 60-130 (+2100 DA)
Champion 68's, upgraded fueling and inlets: 6.76 60-130 (+2800 DA)

Not to my knowledge, but if this is something you want I imagine that it could be arranged. The turbine housings are modified though:

997TT and GT2 turbos are slightly different, mostly on the turbine side. GT2RS turbos are totally different. They're almost like a hybrid between .1 and .2 turbos.

Yes, it's definitely possible on the 997.2 cars. The only problem is that it's EXPENSIVE! To get there, you need a built engine, modified and reinforced PDK, and fuel system. Altogether, the cost of doing all three has really prohibited anybody from taking the leap and doing it. I've got a few customers who might be interested, but none have taken the leap yet.
