The lip tab is so tight to the bumper right now, the bumper plastic flexes quite a bit. It feels like I may break the tab on the bumper if I pull much harder and I don't want to do that.
I may be mistaken on this but I thought the openings that the lip tabs go into was a piece of metal. As I said, hard pull sometimes but never broke anything. Good luck.

I just got mine today. I havent put it on but I took a look at it. TWturbo, the ends of the lip seem to have caps that produce a seam. The seam looks a little rough around the edges. Do you notice this on yours? Is the oem aero lip built this way as well, or does it look like it was made "all one piece"?

I'll take a picture later.

Here are some pictures. As you can see, at the ends of the lip, it's seamed together with an end cap - it's a little chewy. The oem porsche lip is smooth and all one piece.

Btw, I still can't get my oem lip off. I even tried pulling down. I wish one of you guys lived next door to me.

Just yank on that thing it'll come off ,heres a pic side by side of whats left of my Oem lip after the infield at the track attacked it on Sat i think it's still one piece just might need a little sanding thats why it's only $140 note the holes for the torque screws are smaller but i don't think that matters & it came with it's own screws, i think it's good quality seems to be made of the same stuff as stock which is very forgiving on parking blocks .I'm gonna get it painted & put clear bra on it right away.

TW, you weren't kidding when you said you cracked it in half! lol

yup you're lip seams looks fairly similar to mine. Will you have your body shop sand the seams smooth and fill in any indentations after the sanding before painting?

I have to admit, I'm pretty excited about the look of it though. I think the turbo front just needs that little extra bit to set it all right proportionally.
