Today, a few kms after the second tank of E85 my logs show a important raise of the IDC and even the Lambda is a bit leaner.
I believe my fuelfilter is clogged...
I lowered the boost and it is Ok, I will run a few hundreds km slowly like that to "clean" my tank and will swap my filter.

E85 will lift dirt from the tank and clog the filter up so you can have issues with pump deadheading into a clogged filter. i have seen this happen to several people. im not sure what factory 997tt filter element is made out of but you want to use filters tha are not paper based elements.
