Here's a boost graph of the 6.4 run yesterday. Notice its at 18.5 psi for most of 3rd gear and then 19ish in 2nd.

Another key point is a 0.6sec boost drop through the shift. With a tiptronic this would be negligible, let alone if this was a PDK it'd already run 5s no problem

It'd seem that even with this 6MT setup there's a 5 sec 60-130 on pump while being nice to the stock rods. Other than boost fuel also needs some tweaking with these ID1000s. With the manufacturer's suggested injector latency settings the car was maxing fuel trims in the negative direction running low 10:1 even dipping into high 9s and saturating the widebands. Its a little better now but still needs some work there as well.

Sorry, no dyno graphs as Mustang dynos suck for data exports. With a Dynojet I'd grab the drf files on my usb stick and open them at home in their WinPEP software. With a Mustang I have to load the graph, export to JPG and I'm always lazy to get that done at the dyno at the end. I'll try and get some charts next time out.

Managed to pull a 2.5sec 60-100mph, 3rd gear. This is after cleaning up a rich condition in the tune due to ID1000s. Otherwise same tune as before.

Car is quite a beast for nothing but pump gas. This was actually captured going quite a bit uphill!

Before this run there were a couple 2.7 runs on relatively flat level road.

You were saying it was injector latency related? Your voltages were that different between idle and full boogie?

At this time inj latency values are at manufacturer's specs. Voltages are very close at idle/cruise and WOT, 14-15 volts.

In 4th gear it is in the 3800-3900rpm range currently. Given the EBC is currently set to target that boost PID will slow it down as it approaches target to prevent overshoot so I wouldn't take these as final but its probably about 90% there.

Goal with the turbos on this car in terms of spool up was a high 3k 20psi on the road, with load, in 4th gear.

Here's a chart with about 1psi overshoot on spool up, 3rd gear. Some bumps in the road once in gear past spool up..

on Ethanol I hit 19psi at 3500rpm in 3rd gear. i use .9bar springs in the WGs. no target overshoot on boost it just stays flat. i set the gain pretty low on the EBC either at 5 or 10 %. so far i am happy with it. it sux having to control the boost the old school way and not in the tune but its just not in the cards for the 997TT

injectors come with manufacturers settings for this but they have to be altered in most cases to fine tune. for example when you rev the car and then RPMs drop, voltage does too and you have to compensate that. after about 3 tries Garth had my car idling the 1400s perfectly at 1.00 Lambda on Ethanol.

RPM vs. boost graph?

EBC isn't my cup of tea either but it is what it is for now. Of the EBCs this one should get the job done better if/when we wire pu wheel speed and IAT into it for duty cycle compensation.

Tuning inj latency slightly away from manufacturer specs is really mostly for cruise/idle. Under full load you need to look at a few other tables on the 997. I'm sure Garth has looked at it though if you're running on target under load.

I actually just got done dialing in my Injector Dynamics 1300s with Cobb Access Tuner Race, the deadtime data from Injector Dynamics was dead nuts on. I didn't have to change beyond converting from microseconds to milliseconds. Car idles perfectly as well, and the short term trims are ~.99 - 1.01 under medium load. I haven't gone full throttle with it yet though.
