Yey or ney 991 martini racing decals on 997
What do you guys think about this? I had this done earlier today. The only annoying part is that the OEM decal doesn't exactly fit the hood so there is a gap in front that I will fill in with I'm not sure what yet. Any suggestions? The top of the hood was also not long enough but the guys that did it filled it in with some remaining decal material that wasn't used and I think that looks pretty good.

I think it looks good. Nothing wrong with adding a little splash of color. For the front of the hood, I'd consider a black wide stripe the width of the Martini decal done to the bottom of the front splitter. Maybe matte black.

I like it. Need more photos tomorrow though. Take some outside the garage with day light.
Gap, would drive me nuts also. Its like laying tile for me, the slightest gap difference between only two tiles, ruins the whole bathroom. I notice it because, I installed it!

You actually don't even get to see it unless you're driving by a giant window or behind a tanker truck. It does get a lot more attention though which was kind of the reason to get it in the first place. I'm such an attention *****, it's almost embarrassing

Cool......it does looks unique/cool. My 911T is red with tints and black wheels......I don't need any more attention!

Very nice!
I like it!
I do like the suggestion of a thick stripe that runs to the bottom of the splitter. However, instead of black, I'd go with the Martini "navy" blue in the thin stripe perhaps, but that's just an opinion from a fellow with a tad bit of OCD.

How about if I used a porsche font and stretch the word 'porsche' to fill the width of the decal at the bottom of the hood. It would be pretty wide and short though. I wish they sold pieces of the decal set separately also so I could fill in the gaps and maybe even extend the stripes down the bumper cover without having to buy a whole new set. Would anyone be interested in buying one and splitting it? I only need a small piece of that and wouldn't need the hood, roof or side decals.
