P1522 Delivery of Left Fuel Pump Too Low
Hey guys,
P1522 Delivery of Left Fuel Pump Too Low
Anybody ever get this code? I got it and replaced the fuel pumps with brand new OEM units. Fuel filter also changed. I erase the code but it comes back. Most times not immediately but after a few days it's back. Googled the code but I don't see anybody ever talking about it.
Reference 08 Turbo 6 speed.

I know this does not answer your questions, but your MK4TT is nuts & makes some serious Clydesdale HP (follow it on other medias)!
I can just imagine, "hey, I am calling you out in your 911 you got there!.
You: "ya it is my daily, wait here I will be back.".
How long have you been in the Porsche world?

Thank you man!
I got it back in March from a local friend of ours. It's this car.

Where are you seeing that P1522 is a fuel flow plausibility code? There are no flow sensors associated with the fuel pumps that I know of.
What device are you using to pull the codes? A durametric? The Cobb AP? Some other generic handheld? I've found its best to use the Durametric. Cobb sometimes shows transposed codes, and the handhelds can be all over the place.
P1522 shows up as a camshaft bank 2 position control error from what I see. That's not the standard code for a slipped intake cam collar, so I would start by looking/cleaning/replacing your VVT solenoid if this is indeed what the code is pointing towards.

Thank you for the response. I’m using durametric. I should mention also that I’m not getting any fault codes on the dash or anything. If I go to log though I can see it on durametric. Car doesn’t have any misfires. See attachment.

Not sure I believe that code description. When I had my intake cam collar slip, the codes were stored and viewable in durametric but there was no CEL, like in your case. I would pull and clean your VVT solenoid on bank two and see if it comes back.

Thank you. Will look into that.
