Story: BMW M6 vs Porsche 997 Turbo

Yup, that sounds reasonable. Time to try over 230 km/h

I believe 997TT and M6 will neck to neck rolling at highway, but sure M6 will not ran away.

Just for reference. Last week I biatch slapped an M5 with my SL55 Kleeman K2. From a 50 mph roll the K2 easily pulled away both times. When we did it from a stop, I still reeled him in, even though he jumped the start by a second, I still reeled him in by 120. The M5 is very fast, K2 is faster. I don't think a stock SL55 would have a chance. That being said, I put my SL55 K2 up against my 997TT from a 50 mph roll. The 997TT pulled on the SL very very slowly up to 140 where we ran out of room.

The cars are so fast that on any given day anyone of them can win under different circumstances with different drivers, your videos aren't canon.
If you think a 911 turbo is losing from a stop against an M5 or M6 you have some issues though.

I know... please... how's the M6 with its slightly better hp to weight ratio, less peak torque and peakier curve going to put 20+ car lengths on the 996TT?? One extra gear? Yeah right. The 996TT's not a brick so there's no big aerodynamic disadvantage. Hey, stranger things have happened, but I find it hard to believe.

Also any M5/6 has to be revved like crazy to get any real power. And let's not even mention "torque"...

First vid from a stop, SL leaves the M5 for dead.

The SL is so powerful it can run circles around the M5.

BTW, did mbworld ban you for pulling this same crap over there about a year or so ago? And you banned any Benz members who joined your board to get in your face? I remember the same type of inflamatory videos being posted. Strange way to run a membership drive.

Gustav,
To date I have been silent about all your postings about M5's and M6's vs the 996TT and 997TT's and I feel the time has come for me to chime in here.
I have known you/met you several years ago and am still a big bmwm5.com enthusiast but lately I have found all your post to be very childish.
Stop posting on this board how the M5's/M6's beat the turbos! No doubt the M5's and M6's are incredible machines, but they simply don't compare! Just look at all the reviews done by professional drivers.
I read all these posts and try not to come to any conclusion based on videos such as the ones you've posted. There are simply to many variables to come to a real consensus. (driver, cars, etc). Everyone knows that the TT will hands down beat the M5/M6 in 0-60, and around the track.
I hope that moving forward your posts will be more informative rather then being a troller on our site posting only videos when a bimmer beats a porsche.
Just giving you some honest feedback Gustav. (just don't delete me from bmwm5.com )

Hahaha
Come on, you don't really have to include that last part when dealing with Gustav the fair.
P.S.
That was sarcasm Gustav, please don't ban me either.
