At 435bhp and 346 lb-ft torque, it's doubtful it'll keep up with a stock 997TT even though it probably weighs just a bit less. (The Turbo probably has better gas mileage too).
But at an increase of 80 hp and 51 lb-ft, it's a pretty significant increase. But per dollar, it's going to be hard to argue with the 997GT3 when it comes out, and without the Ruf's body kit on this RKompressor, might look better too.

My buddy from Ruf called me yesterday about this car. The owner wants out of it, if it is the same one. He wanted to know if I would be interested. I rode in Hans' car which has the Ruf body kit as well. I love the body work, but wasn't completely blown away by the total performance.
I would say it is a nice upgrade, but not quite the performance level of a X50. Close though.
Definitely won't touch a 997TT.
