Aesthetic Q: Grey seat-backs of Sport seats

I ordered Cobalt Blue Metalic over "Natural Leather Brown" interior with adaptive sport seats. I understand that, by default, the seat backs will be grey/silver plastic.

I worry that the grey plastic won't go well with the above color combo, and was thinking of getting the seat-backs covered in leather ($1610!!!).

I know it's an obscure and subjective issue, but I thought I'd throw this out there in case someone has an opinion.

The seatbacks are only grey by default IF you get the adaptive sports seats. You could always elect to get those painted aluminum-look. I think that was also an expensive upgrade too.

I'm also not so sure if Natural Brown would look good with Cobalt blue..maybe Terracotta/black instead?

I fell in love with this look: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...89&postcount=6

Porsche Terracotta (perhaps everyone's) is too red for my tastes.

Those pictures don't illustrate Natural Brown too well. Here's what it really looks like in real life:

i wouldn't do it. the seat back color will match ur upper center console (nav surround), steering wheel & e-brake base (as u can see in the above picture). it'll actually match better if u leave it in that finish to tight up with the rest. just my opinion.

Agreed. I dont think that silver and browns go well together, but since so many parts in the interior are already silver, I would just leave it how it is. Although, seat backs in leather would be very nice... On the other hand, the exterior/interior combo you chose is beautiful!

I'll bet it would be cheaper to have them painted aluminum post-delivery.

We can handle it after delivery if you prefer...

We are able to do alumalook, Cobalt, or any other finish you want.

The grey/silver colors are neutral enough to go with the natural brown, especially considering the other same color trim elsewhere in the cabin. Natural brown is a great color. Save the money and keep the standard seat backs.

Thanks everyone. I think I'll skip the leather seat backs.
