At the risk of being flagged a newbie (or worse), does the SSK require a change to the part of the shifter/**** that you see/touch? I paid extra for the cool looking (IMO) shifter, and would hate to waste money on it if not compatible with SSK.

My production date which initially was 8/01/06 got bumped to 10/26/06 before eventually being built on 9/15/06. Really frustrating for me to see that "bump" happen.

When I ordered my ssk, my status was 'acpord', changed the next day to 'mfgcnf', production number assigned. Too late to change anything now!

They already have a est section 8 date for me as April 10!!!!!!!!!!!!
