Don't want to get into the "fight" again, buit below are the Evoms stats with Stage 4, I think this was done with 91 octane

And you know they arent broken in how??? Most of the mags dont get new cars, they get test mules which have already been beaten to death. I'm waiting to see 122 mph from a real world person, we all know that several mags have tested cars faster than any owner was able to get the car in showroom stock condition. GT500 for example was run at 12.2 @ 117 by MM&FF magazine and they claimed that car wasnt broken in and still no 12.2's out there anywhere. MAgazine racing is b.s. to me, I like to see the real stuff. And by the way 127 is quite a ways from 130 and my car trapped 125 @ with ecu k24 and exhaust and would probably trap 127 now (minus the 40 extra lbs from the techarts) so that's not a big deal on top of not being relevant.

Scott, your always cool in my book man, but when I get an M6 and your get a 997 turbo and we meet on the highway, it's on!!!!! 90-150 mph rolls only though.

But altitude should not be a factor on a turbo charged engine

Oh god not this again. Altitude is a factor because the turbos feed off of the exhaust from the engine, the altitude will affect the engine, therefore affecting the turbos, therefore affecting the speed. Not as much as NA but still present.

I forgot "big" before factor, but that is besides the point I posted the stats to show even Evoms at stage 4 has not reached 130 trap as stated
It shows a big improvement over the stock stats though

Exactly. And once the turbos reach their maximum capacity to overcome the loss in air density from the increase in elevation (directly related to the size of the turbos)...the power losses will be equal to that of a N/A engine.

i personally havnt seen any time slips for over 114 in a stock m6 so from 'my' experience, its not as fast as the 117 trap from evoms.

?
I just noticed something from the M6 vs turbo video, the M6 has a passenger which is worth a lot when accelerating, I think that race would have been a a lot closer with neither or both having passengers, I think that race was rigged, why would you put a passenger in the "slower" car ? therefore you cheated.

Post my visit to Sharky, I would agree. but stock-for-stock in a straight line, there's just not that much difference, especially >100MPH. Sorry to break it to you.
