Good looking kit. Should perform nicely! FVD knows its job
You expect more ? Do you expect also the EVO kit be faster if it has only stock Turbos but more rated hp ? Are the americans just so superior with their ECU tuning ?
There are many companies that go to updated VTG turbos in power levels under 600 hp too, and yes, they are faster than you think
The horsepower with US tuners is always biggger than in Europe...At least this goes for BMW's and Porsche's.
And not hating here...have a BMW and Porsche in garage and both have products both from Europe and US.
There are a lot of examples, for example I think US tuners went to "600hp" with stock K24 turbos in the 996TT where tuners in Europe said something like 520-550 hp is the maximum with those. Both kind of cars performed similarly despite the 50-80 difference in rated horsepower.
Same goes for the 997TT, I know from my personal experience that a 996TT with Techart 530 hp package (not stock Turbos any more at this power level, same goes for other tuners here, even though the US tuners seem to get this much power from stock K16 turbos ) is as fast as EVOMS 997TT 610 hp (with stock VTG turbos...)
For some reference, https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...ad.php?t=97479
EDIT: In short tuners in Europe don't rate their hp as high as in US. For example these companies with a lot of experience goes to updated VTG Turbos:
Speedart at 600hp, Techart at 580hp, Cargraphic at 598hp....I doubt that with even NASA ceramic-coating and other "high-end stuff" cars with stock VTGs are faster than those...
Too bad Porsche tuners in Europe don't drive the 1/4 mile so there would be a proof of this for you guys In Germany people don't drive 1/4 mile "at all" because there's the Autobanhs for straight-driving!

I got FVD stage 2 in my car now and it performs really close to AWE 700 kit (0-100 3.2 , 100-200 6.5)
I'll upgrade to stage 3 soon, that should be better than any 700 kit in US market.

I doubt that it would be better then SPI 750 kit...
Best run with my TipS was 0-60 in 2.4 (equal to 0-100km in 2.6-2.7 havent seen any other 997 TT run that times or even and 0-100 (160kms) in 5.9...60-130 - 6.7 (with Tiptronic)...
but still nice numbers and good luck )))
