Alcantara seats

It is possible to order alcantara in the middle section of the seats ?

It is possible, however they tend to wear more quickly.

Some GT3 owners are removing their seats for racing buckets. Keep an eye on the "Forsale" section for anyone selling their stock GT3 seats.

Yes, you can order the inserts.
Saw a new 997 TT at one of the Atlanta dealers last weekend, seat inserts and storage lid cover were ordered in Alcantara...looked very nice (especially the storage lid, had the "Porsche" name in raised letters).

Where did you get that info. I have had alcantera inserts on a few cars and they seemed to wear much better than leather over the long run.

That seems odd since I believe the Alcantara insert is the standard for both the Sport seats and the Adaptive Sport seats on the GT3. Maybe they don't want us making a GT3 "look alike"?
