Is it possible the CSL looked smoother because it's the camera car and you cant see the whole thing. I have seen smooth looking in car cams that didnt look very good from another cars cam.

The CSL is a great car, though I think it is outclassed by the Turbo in performance.

997T actually looked very smooth at those speeds. Also the instructor in the 997T was slowing down to wait for the M3 quite obviously at some bends as it left it some 300m behind as soon as the road opened up, after all it was showing the M3 driver the correct racing lines, hence the appearance M3 was gaining in bends. Great video though of that beautiful 997T **** which is what drivers of other cars get to see for most of the time... :-)

I agree, he was definitely not at the limit in the twisties, but from the way he pulled on the straights he could have dissappeared into the sunset when ready.
