What Mods should I do in order of importance
While I have owned Porsches since 1978, including the last three versions of Turbos, I have never done any modifications except a few cosmetic items. Considering the following, in order of importance, what are the top 5 mods I should consider and what brands? I am interested in performance and handling, not cosmetics.
1. I do not track the car.
2. I want my painted spoiler to survive for a while. (at least until my "CheapArt" splitters arrive from Eclou)
3. I do not want to make the ride much firmer.
4. While I want a better exhaust sound, I don't want it too loud.
Thanks for your help.

1)high perf driving school, regardless of intent to track
2)quality car care products - cleaners, sealants, waxes
3)clear bra
4)short shifter
if you want more performance,
1)ECU
2)exhaust
3)suspension

Well for cosmetics:
1. quality tint, very light, I just want the UV rays out.
2. drop the car with a nice suspension setup
3. xenon match the foglamps with hoen bulbs
4. remove any evidence of front plate drilling via bumperplugs
5. tint or smoke (lightly) the ugly LED cluster
6. swap in some euro clear side markers + hoen chromium bulbs
8. going with someones exhaust + new tips, not sure whose just yet
thats about all I have planned for my turbo.

Driving school is recommended
Car care products, like wax and the clear bra to protect your car's finish
Radar detector with custom hardwire installation AND laser jammer(u'll need it in this rocket booster)
Tints, clear side markers (if this is your thing)
When you get used to the power or bored of the same power THEN go the power route.
Exahust first then ecu.

Do the Porsche driving experience(pde), first class operation.I wouldn't modify a thing on the car....maybe exhaust(FS quiet only). It's perfect out of the box. May want to pick up some backup rims for snow tires/track rubber, that's about it!

#3 = The bulb is the H3 xenonmatch www.hoen-usa.com/fog2.htm it matches your fog lamp kelvin color to your HID lights on the turbo.
#6 = The euro clear markers you get from bumperplugs.com but you may have them already so all you need is a set of W5W chromiums at http://www.hoen-usa.com/cr.htm
