Any bump steer issues with the TA springs? I remember that was always the issue with the 996TT. Looks HOT!

thanks Chris. no issues with bump steer so far but i haven't been on the track since the new springs. i really don't think BS will be an issue with the minimal 15-20mm drop in ride height.

i had huge BS issues on my type-r racecar with a 40mm drop. i had to get custom steering knuckles made but it became very unstable under high speed braking ... at least that's my excuse for not winning

Looks fantastic, congratulations; can´t wait for my set, also in graphite, but my TT will be white. How they change the handling?
PS: perhaps titanium bolts to match colour...?

Thanks for your comments. Graphite wheels on a white tt will look great.

gp7 wheels provide better handling because the 997tt now has wider track (12mm frt and 26mm rear) and the lighter wheels make the suspension more compliant. Also I believe the wider rear track could reduce some of the oversteer tendency of the 997tt.

Wrt the wheels, make sure you order graphite colored wheel cap or get the paint code from pes. It will be a pain to ship them back and forth from spain.

You can get black colored wheel bolts but I wouldn't bother since you can barely see them since the bolts are deeply recessed. The bolts for champion/pes wheels have much smaller heads and it may be hard to find colored replacements.
