latest mods - GP7 wheels, TA springs, painted lowers
here are pictures of my 997tt with the latest mods; painted lower trim, gp7 wheels and techart springs.
the techart springs improve the handling of the car. it is a little stiffer without being harsh and overcomes the nervous feeling in high speed corners. the ride in pasm mode is now more compliant. btw, the car looks lower than it actually is due to the painter rockers.
i think some of the ride improvement may be due to the lightweight gp7 wheels. the gp7 wheels fill the fenderwells nicely and provide a more aggressive look. i'm waiting for graphite colored wheels caps from pes; apparently there is an exchange core program where they repaint your caps.

Unreal how nice that looks!
What a transformation and I have always felt that this car doesn't need anything but the lowers painted and wheels so thanks for proving my theory correct.

How has the painted front lip been after the lowering? I want to lower mine but my front lip is already slightly touching the curb when I exit my driveway no matter how sharp an angle I use. Any sharper and my right rear would be on the pavement and come off the curb which would be even worse.
