Please tell me what kind of Mobil 1 oil is recommended by the factory for a 997 tt.

yeah, i have the same problem here in toronto. m1 0w-40 is the factory fill for a lot of newer cars (porsche, corvette, bmw, mb, etc) so you can go to your pricey dealer parts counter to get some.

Or you could go to that store called......something tire.....or something like that.

i tried already but the big box retailers don't carry 0w-40.

btw, what's your stage 3 mod?

my dealership lets me get the PCA discount on oil, and there is usually no line of indigent people holding busted out alternators and dead batteries to stand behind

try having an M that's required to only take specially formulated Castrol TWQS 10W60 - i think its like $13 per quart and hardly available anywhere but the stealership

Walmart and AutoZone has 0-40. But its not stocked at every store, you have to hunt around.

I found Mobil 1 0W40 at Pep Boys in Los Angeles for $5.95 a quart.
