Hey, I noticed in another thread that AG owners are commenting on the powder coat quality and durability. There is also a concern about clearance issues in the bore hole for the lug nuts?? If this is an issue with wheels that aren't powder coated, what is the probability that this will be a huge problem with coated wheels. I only mention this because I'm waiting on my new wheels to be powder coated and shipped!! Please address my concerns before shipping my wheels...Jay

Jay,

We have had no issues come our way from Powdercoating. It is still backed by the 1 year manufacture defect warranty that the factory finish comes with.

As long as you use the bolts we provide there are no clearance issues. I have these exact wheels on my Porsche Boxster S and have had no issues what so ever on either front.

Best,

Eric

Got mine!

I finally got the wheels and had a chance to mount the tires and get them on the car this weekend. The wheels are a 10 out of 10 but the powder coat is about a 7 out of 10 with some blemishes. Overall I'm happy with what I got for the money. I went with the gunmetal because I think it looks better with the Polar Silver metallic color of my car. I'm thinking lowering springs next. Sorry about the cell phone pics.

The Gunmetal looks great against the Silver! Do you have any better pictures? Would love to post these up on our Facebook/Instagram!
