Question on Tire Width on XRR Wheels on Non Wide Body

I was at the dealer today and noticed two c2s cars (both 07's) and I noticed they both had 305 rear tires instead of 295s. The salesman told me that XRR's are slightly wider and therefore come standard with the 305s even on the non wide body cars.

Can any owners of non wide body cars that have factory XRR wheels please tell me what their cars came equipped with.

My car is now only about 2 weeks away and I ordered XRRs so I'm hoping it comes with the slightly wider 305 rears.

Thanks to all.

I think the XRR is the Sport Design, correct? If so, it is 11.5 inch rear and I believe it comes with the 305.

The XRR wheels as you see here in this picture are referred to as the "Carrera Sport Wheels".

My car came stock with XRR Carrera Sport wheels. they are 19x8.5 front and 19x11.5 rear. Yes they came with 305's in the rear. To me these are the best looking wheel Porsche has.

raffi is infamous around these parts
only the xrr comes with 305 tires.
now if you are talking widebody, they all come with 305 in the rear for 19".
if i were to keep the stock look i would upgrade to the widebody wheels in the rear, wider tires and better offsets, deeper dish look. fronts are exactly the same
