Or perhaps what the market demographics will bear. IMO.

For sure $900 is a good deal.
Just too bad I can't find the same for my 360 w/o paying a king's ransome!
What's the general concensus on Fabspeed headers and low flow cats?
They have new headers for the 360 which look tempting but would like to know what some have experienced 1st hand with thier products.

Reeves sell Revo. Bert Smith sells Evo. I think they do it to not compete with pricing against one another. Dave White (now Vortex) on Hillsborough sells Revo as well.

I'd love to get the flash and see what the car feels like especially on the track. However I hope to trade in my car mid to late 2008 for the new car with the dual clutch transmission so the mods I want to do would be a total waste of money. I now know exactly what I am going to do and not do on my next car.

The headers, cats, and mufflers did produce gains, but I didn't have the datalogger before them so my car with those mods are the base line. Then I added Revo and saw big gains again -- that's what I've been describing all along in this thread.
I paid $799 and thought it was a pretty good value as performance modifications go...

yeah that is hard to believe if he really did mean a 997 gt3, but a 996 gt3 mkII I think would be a good match against a bolt on 997S

I thought the X51 had different heads, ECU, and PSE for $17K?
#43
Ahhhh no. I hqve run with several and driven a few on the track. X51 or 997S with headers, mufflers, high flow cats and ECU were no match for my car stock either. It's a completely different animal. My guess is that the original poster is either a better driver or was pushing his car harder than the GT3 driver.

It does include this..I meant to say that when you do the X51 conversion, they don't change the DME they just reflash it.
