is this a good deal for 08 Targa 4S

thinking of trading my 06 2S for a 08 Traga 4S. 08 Targa 4s TIP, full leather, nav, phone, power/heated seat, etc... msrp $113K, trade in my 06 2S tip full leather, nav, power/heated seat with 12K miles. new lease 48mon X $1750 (incl tax) + $5k down (incl drive off). Is this a good deal or at last a fair deal? Dealer said they disounted almost $7K from the new car to reach this number.

That's almost $90k in four years! IMHO that's too much. I'd go for 997tt or stick with your C2s.

TT is much more, I think it will be in the range of $2500 to $3K per month, not sure, didn't work on te number with dealer, with my C2S, i am paying $1550 (incl tax), so it looks like only $200 more per month.

Personally, I'd stick with the C2S unless I was looking to get a GT2/3 or Turbo or at the very least I'd wait until the cars are updated (2009 I believe correct me if I'm wrong).

If that glass roof is really worth the extra 200 a month and the hassles with trading and the like, then go for it.

Question: Why are you leasing for so long?

GT2/3 or turbo is way more, $200 a month also goes to the fat *** as well as the glass roof, the msrp for T4S is $16K more than C2S, so $200 is about right for add'l $16K.

I had 39mon on C2s, so 48 is about the same, It is not really that long, and probably trade in before lease end anyway.

You misunderstood me, I said if I had a C2S I personally wouldn't trade it for anything other than the GT2/3 (in the 911 range at least).

Just crunched some numbers for you through leasecompare: 750 credit score, 5000 down, 12,000 miles a year, 48 month (4 year) lease....purchase price of $113,000...the lowest I saw was $1774 a month with a money factor of .00222 (~5.3%)....I'd still swing for a better deal from PFS if you can.

*edit: accidentally ran 07 numbers so I replaced them with 08
