Underside flapping noise.

Help!! I have a flapping or fluttering noise under the car at the right hand side near the front wheel. It only happens when I am gunning it and at first I thought it was the plastic on the underside of the car coming loose but there is no evidence of that. I thought I had fixed it by shortening the peice of platic tube that sticks out just near the wheel arch but I later had the same problem. Anyone have any ideas?

I experienced the same thing on my 2006 C2S. Do you have a front license plate bracket mounted? I adjusted the plate within the frame and the noise no longer appeared. My dealership's shop spent many hours tinkering to find it. I found it by accident.

Unfortunately I don't have the plate or the bracket at the front so I'm outa luck with that one. It is only evident at 70mph and over. It is as though something is reletively tight but the buffering at that speed causes it to flap but I can't find anything loose at all.
