Looks very much like the Farnbacher Loles to $300. I got a set, but seriously you can do this mod for under $50. Tree mesh cut to fit the airintakes and some small screws, thats all there is.

frafoss is correct!

The bumper cover removal and install is straight forward. There are several screws and some hidden clips to remove. It is best to have a diagram showing fastener location so you don't miss any! I would post the diagram I used but I can't locate it. Do a search or ask for someone to post a schematic or DIY install! Since I did the install myself, I took the time to make sure everything looked perfect. I am sure your installer will do a very nice job.
