San Diego Sports Cars????

I am currently trying to sell me 997S and received a call today from this place. Said they had a buyer looking for a grey 997S like the one I had for sale.

Anyone have experience with this group or know if it is a legitimate business? I figured with all the cali members someone should have heard of it.

This is what I found doing a Google search:

http://www.sandiegosportscars.com/home.htm

I have heard of them just no personal experience.

Good luck with the sale!

Thanks. I saw the website as well and looks like they have nice cars. You just never know these days. Anybody can make a good looking website.

After a few emails with them they seem like a stealer trying to buy the car at a low ball price and resell it for a quick profit. Just waiting for the right buyer.

I believe that you are correct. I have gotten calls from California and Florida both. From what I have seen the cars in those areas are fetching more money than smaller markets like mine. These guys are trying to make a quick 8-10K on a used car.

I was listing a car for my sister a while back (3 series BMW) and half the calls I received were from out of state. Many of them are scams wanting to collect a "marketing fee" for finding you a buyer, then once they get their fee--whaddya know? no buyer! Got to the point where if it was from out of state, I ignored it all together.

I am just about at that point as well. I need a local buyer from the Dallas, Houston or Austin area.

How much more legit can it be when the top salesperson shows off his "new ridez!"
