Does anyone know a source for Porsche production statistics? I'm curious of overall production stats, but also specifically on the 2005 997 Carrera. I'm trying to find out how many S and 4S's have been produced since their debut in 2005.

No numbers for you but I do know that the 997 C4S was a 2006 model year. The model year 2005 C4S was a 996.

 

AllI know that since the release of the 997 they have sold more than 100,000 of them so far. The quickest 911 series to reach that number. Probably actually the only other one than the 996!
