Leather sports seats, not powered, opinions?
#2
I have the manual leather sport seats and they only have a power recline. When I get out of the car I move the seat back manually and leave it there until I get back in as the wider bolsters make it a bit tougher for entry and exit. I love the sport seats and always order them but next time I will get them in full power and just use the memory set feature for easier entry/exit.

No not really as the lower cushion angle is perfect and once you set height is set and I never have a need to change it.

Had those on my 06 E55 .

Regarding comfort and fitment . Some posters have expressed that if they are particularly tall (back probs) or heavy set (the sides of the sports seats are confining) they prefer a different seat choice to suit them.
I fit in all the seats easily but at 5'9 148 I feel like the car is designed for me as every control and my positioning and visibility is better in this car than any other I have ever driven .

Manual adjustment with power recline is very comfortable. Simpler the better. I love the idea you can buy it without power everything. Like a manual wind watch for the enthusiast. The manual adjustment says this is a sports car to anybody besides you who might care.

Come to think of it I can't even recall how many passengers have told me that they must be in a real sports car in my Honda because of the seats.
Just busting ***** of course.

This is not the best angle but you get the idea. The manual adjustment is at the front left of this seat and the motor recline is at the passenger's right hand side. (Both opposite on the driver side.) It also has a lever at your right hand to raise and lower it manually. The painted back is optional. As you might imagine, these are a major uptick from the BMW Factory Recaros on my M5. One downside might be that they are deep enough that I have to adjust them when I get in and out of the car.
