FS: H&R Lowering Spring for 997S

Anybody interested in a set of H&R Lowering Springs? Fits the 997 or 997S and lowers the car about 1 inch. Great mod, actually makes the car look the way it should come from the factory. The springs are "like new" and have only about 2,000 miles on them. I don't need them anymore because I switched to PSS9's for the track... $150 plus shipping

You need to post items for sale in the For Sale section, also need to be over 100 posts.

No issue with me, its the rules on the forum. I did a 100 posts and then 101st was a item for sale.

6speeders seem to a lot easier going then other forums, hope you stay around.

sorry if this question has already been addressed but how does this impact the PASM? will i still be able to use PASM and will it cause added wear&tear to the shocks?

thanks

I did the research and originally purchased a set of Eibach springs and then the shop that I work with said they would only put the Techart springs that they sell in the car (don't like to work with other peoples stuff), but what I found was that they don't change the way that PASM works, and I did like the feel of the lowered car over the factory height. It was more stable at higher speeds, and it looked better. There will be people that say they effect the life of shocks, but cannot quantify this with actual data (an ongoing argument that springs and shocks are designed to work together) and others say that there is no difference.

Saying that I am installing Damptronics on Monday and I get the best of both worlds.

I believe they're a little more than $300.
I got quotes from many dealerships in CA and labor charge was $1k to 2K range.
