Looking for clear bra before and after pics

Does anyone have before and after clear bra installation pics of their cars, especially on black or dark blue cars? It seems like such a good idea but some folks I've talked to say it takes away the luster, particularly on darker cars. Any pics up close would really be appreciated.

As you can see, Sammy and Crew at Premier do a great job, and there is virtually NO difference.

I'm in the process of getting my car detailed now and also having the hood repainted. Once the paint cures, it's getting clear bra'd for sure. I highly recommend it as it is visually seamless and gives you peace of mind.

If you get your film from Sammy at Premier, you'll be extremely satisfied. He and his crew are perfectionists.

He did the film on my black 996TTS and it's flawless. If you get microscratches, they self-heal in the heat of the sunlight. Awesome stuff.

Before and after pics would be pointless. If you get Sammy to do the job, you wont be able to tell the difference.

Here is a picture of my car right outside of the Premier shop after the clear bra was installed. Pretty much everything from the side mirrors forward (hood, fenders, bumper, lights) are covered.

With best regards,

I also got my done from Premier they did a great job on my P-car, getting the whole front cover.

Finish product, you can see how clear the reflection from the hood & bumper (Chris is doing a great job for the final touch up).

looks like I've gotta get some pictures in here. My Blackseries will be going to them in a week. Will post pictures then. Great work as always premier / crew. I'm just glad you guys are so darn close to me.

Those cars look great and really looks like no impact to the overall look/luster. If I do it, doesn't seem to be any other option other than Premier!

Thanks.

Where in California are you? Sammy and crew at Premier fly down to Southern Cal every few weeks. If you're in the bay area, they are located in Fremont. Again, I (like many others here) highly recommend them.

The sooner you book, the better it will be for your car (and your sanity). I can't stand the sight of rock chips and imperfections in the paint, especially on my black car

Only reason why I'm holding off now is b/c there are a couple small rock chips and wondering if I should repaint first before putting on the clear bra...?

If it's really a couple, then you should do get it clear bra'd. If the car looks sandblasted and you have more chips than you can count, then a repaint may be in order.

Does the clear bra age with time noticeably? Say after a year or two and many car washes, does it fade/get matte/yellowish? If so, can it be detailed and restored to its original luster (I imagine with a softer orbital muff than for the body)?
