I'm considering doing headers and cats. After doing some research I found that members are happy with both set ups. Which would you choose? I'm leaning towards Fabspeed do to a prior experience with them, and there customer service. Any known problems durning installs, or months after, cel's?

Also, any experience with fabspeeds cold air intake? The red tubing that connects the filter box to the throttle body. Just curious if its worth the money. I just feel like if I'm going with a full exhaust I should do a mod to the intake side aswell. Thank you in advance.

 

My car came with the Fabspeed system and I love it. Absolutely no basis for comparison.

I have AWE and I am very happy. I think AWE is first class. Mike from AWE is excellent.

 

I second the vote for AWE! I have their cats, exhaust, and tips and I LOVE IT!

I have Fabspeed mufflers with over 16,000 miles and 13 days of track time on them and they hold up great. The Fabspeed sound awesome too.

AWE makes an excellent product as well and they claim to use the best Cats around so that is something I would look into myself.

 

I did the research, probubly read over a thousand posts, looked at dyno charts, read butt dyno references, listend to friends cars, rode in them. I went with AWE, my car is there right now getting the full exhaust GIA and evo treatment.

 

Would AWE 200 cel cats result in a CEL

 

They shouldnt.
