Thanks.
PorschePaul, I live in Westlake Village as well. A 3 car garage is approximately $3000 depending on what type of finish you want and your exact square ft. Worth every penny! You would be getting your job done from the same crew that did mine. Bob and his team do a great job.

$3,000 is quite a bit of scrilla. My garage is 3 cars, 720 sq feet and I'm debating options right now.

Curious if you considered ceramic tiles?

Griot's has got some pretty nice ones now that come in at $7 / sq foot - which would be $5,600 before installation in my space...

Holly crap! If you think $3000 is a lot of scrilla, what are you doing looking at $7/sq ft stuff? I did look at tiles but decided to go with a more traditional approach. Besides, you can't beat the 10 year warranty that Premier Garage's floor come with.

My Premier Garage quote

Well, $3,000 did sound a lot - and now I've got more info about my options.

Racedeck is out, as I'm concerned about mold and mildew under tiles.

Tile is too easy to break, crack and is expensive to install

So anyway, I called Premier Garage, talked to my local installer.

Net, net, $4,300 for 720 sq ft. This is gonna take some sellin' to the boss...

$4,300 sounds a bit high. I have about 600 sq ft at $3000. You're about $1 sq/ft higher? Negotiate it down. Tell them you will give them $3,500 for the job. I also considered racedeck but the tiles felt too plastic for my taste. Good luck with the boss!
