Arrow 2008 PORSCHE Two-Day High Performance Driving Course ANYONE INTERESTED??

I know a few fellow 6speeders have done this 2-day training at Barber Motorsports Park offered by Porsche!
The feedbacks have been GREAT! I am thinking about taking the trip to Birmingham, AL.

I was wondering if a anyone would consider doing it?
...and if so lets try to start a group with a few dates- Please post.

Location: Barber Motorsports Park
Dates: TBD (click on this link for dates)
Hotel: Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort and Spa

PRICE: $2,995.00
(if we had a large enough group we might be able to get better rates?)

I will look into it if there is interest!

Click HERE for the details of the course & Schedule!

Thanks!
Pink.

Barber Motorsports Park is in Birmingham, AL. Also, it has no relation to Skip Barber. It was built by George Barber, a Birmingham native.

I encourage anyone on the fence to go. I had a great time last year that I went to the Masters (2nd course) within a month after going to the first! I wrote about the 1st course here: https://www.6speedonline.com/forums/...&highlight=PDE

I think this was his 22nd time going to the Masters!

You drive C2 cars on the track itself with one or maybe two sessions in the C2S with the PCCBs. On the autocross, skidpad, etc, you drive Boxsters and Caymans. And of course there's the surprise too. I won't mention it but you guys will LOVE it!

I'd love to do this again, but I have to fly to get there, and with the records commercial airlines are racking up (lost luggage, denied boarding, missed schedules, chapter 11's, etc.) I'm just not to keen on buying a ticket.

My alternative is Skip Barber at Leguna Seca. Similar format as the Porsche Sports Driving School. I can drive there.
