Guards red on cocoa

I'm currently shopping for a C2S. Came across a nice '05 guards red with cocoa interior that otherwise has the options I'm after. Offbeat colour combo for me, but as always, pics only tell so much. Anyone seen or drive such a beast that can comment?

Thanks,

Ron

I looked at an '05 guards red / cocoa C2S at Pfaff in Toronto two or three years ago. It was a press car that I suspect had been flogged. Also, I wasn't crazy about the colour combination. I recall seeing pictures of that car in some of the initial Canadian reviews of the 997. Hope that helps.

I have seen Speed Yellow with Cocoa which is a similar type of color combo, and it actually looked really good. I imagine with the right options it would be fine. Cocoa is such a classic color, I think it can go with just about any exterior color.

Thanks for the feedback. The idea of a dark brown interior in a red car isn't very conventional for me, but in pictures, the overal effect intrigues me. Guess I'll sleep on it...

I agree with you . It's very hard to find the right car when searching the used market but just as the options are important , so is the appeal of the color to the owner.

You have to look at it every day and I feel that you have to like what you see as much as what you drive.
