I am looking for a source for used body parts … like those who may deal in wrecked cars etc. Specifically what I am looking for is a sun roof for my 997 Carrera S (silver would be great) … I only need the deck lid only … no weather stripping, tracks or other mechanical parts as it will just be bolted down anyway for track use … hence do not want to spend a lot for it. Any help??? Thanks

Thanks ... called them and they only would sell the complete assembly for close to $1,000 ... I need to keep lookin ... but a good source to keep around.

Now off to dcauto ... of course I would have posted this down in the parts for sale or wanted ... but due to the National Security issues here on this site I do not have the required "100" post minimum to do that

A good body shop should be able to weld in a panel.

A few 993 guys have had this done this to "un-sunroof" their cars.
