Forget it. It will require a new wiring harness. I asked my dealership, and my mod guy, as I was considering putting a TT front bumper on my C2S.

People with BMW's are still chasing this mod on their 5 series when they launched LED tails 3 years ago.

Not entirely true, i've changed a few different model vehicles to leds and it can be done as long as they come out with the lights having the same or similar harnesses.

It can't be that difficult. It's not like swapping regular headlamps for HIDs. On my E46 M3, I swapped my 'regular' taillamps for LEDs and had the dealer reprogram it. Correct me if I'm wrong but LEDs are supposed to be more efficient when it comes to power consumption so as long as the wiring harness is the same there should be no other problems. Install, plug, reprogram from dealer and voilą.

I got all my LED BULBS today and going to dealership to get installed. Replaceing the stock FOG H8 bulb and the w5w blue-vision with PIAA LED SUPER WHITE. Cross your fingers it doesn't mess with my ECU.
