Personally, I won't say it is good. My last reply was April 2nd May be I didn't get the correct person for this technical question. In China & Hong Kong, almost all 911s are Tip. I know it is more fun with a manual, but manual cars are very hard to re-sell.

the supercharger sits on the chasis and you get a vibration in the ****pit, the motor mounts were custom made to lift the engine a inch. my car has only 23,000 miles and its a 99!

My technician told me he has to raise the engine slightly to avoid the supercharger hitting the body parts. Wonder if it is so difficult to improve the design.

I run the orginal mounts on my 99 and have plenty of room between compressor and chasis. Your mounting bracket might have been machined incorrectly.

Hi Wai,
We have spent many hours communicating with you to help your technician install your system. We kindly ask you again to contact us direct for any tech support as nobody knows the VF Engineering system like we do.

Really? A common problem? 200+ other customers have not complained of this to date. Maybe if the factory mounts are warn, I could see that being an issue.

First I heard of it. Are you sure that the compressor was actually hitting the body or maybe it just looked like it did? There should be a measurable amount of space between the two and even a weakened mount should not put it in contact with the frame.

That's a joke !! On 4/16, I emailed you my 'part list' asking for the missing radiator adaptors and plugs, NO REPLY !
Then I got Nik Saran @ VF email me on 4/28, I asked again for the missing parts and NO REPLY as usual. I sent another email on 5/6 to Nik Saran @VF to ask for reply, as usual - NOTHING again.
That is customer service, may be I'm not considered as a customer of VF because I buy from RPM North group buy.
My car has been sitting at the mechanic shop for 1+ month waiting for clear instruction reply, I was lucky to have a good mechanic who got it done without any help from VF.
