porsche driving school

Hello everyone, been reading this forums for a couple of months now this is my first post.
Im considering buying a C2 and even though I probably wont track it much id just like to know I can drive it to its full potential

I was wondering if anyone in the forum has been to one of the porsche driving school events?? how was the experience did you like it?? basically are they worth it does it really make you a better driver of the rear engined sports car or might as well give myself time as the owner of one and learn things by getting the feel of the car??
thanks a ton!

You'll be hard pressed to find a single person who did not think it was incredible and worth every penny.

I went a couple of weeks ago and it was great. The instructors are all 1st rate.

You will be blown away at how competent the "base" carrera is on the track.

It is well worth it...everything first class.

I have a gift certificate for the program (I probably won't be able to use it)...I can give it to you at a reduced rate if you're interested.

I've worked with the instructors before - great guys...you'd have a blast.

Thumbs up

Porsche Certified Drivers' Ed events offer similar instruction to the Porsche Sport Driving School at a fraction of the cost. The Drivers' Ed events are a great route to learn to drive your Porsche properly.

I was at PSDS in September. It is an awesome experience. You get to drive an array of Porsches in a variety of circumstances. Expert instruction at an incredible track/facility. It undoubtedly improves your ability to drive: on and off the track. I plan on going back for the masters course at some point.
