Thanks guys for all of the comments. As for the questions:

1. Wheels - They are stock wheels, but I had them repainted by Skip's Wheelwerks in Portland, Oregon. Skip does the best work around and the wheels are stunning in person.

2. Mirror Inserts - They are vinyl. The guys at Matrix work with an amazing guy that was able to cut and stretch the vinyl pieces in, which looks great and is a lot less expensive.
