looks like the LEDs are pretty bright and maybe that's why the pictures look photoshopped. any better/close up pics of the lights? price?

i like 'em - but bet i won't like the price from anybody peddling them though - guesstimating easily over $1000 for the pair

Do those LED look smaller than the stock 997.2? They look like some cheap rope light from Home Depot. They need to use some large high intensity LEDs like Luxeon or these Cree:

i agree but when you look at the companies that are manufacturing them, I can't imagine them being 'cheap ...and I imply that to both price and quality

Are you going it for sale for the 997? You did an awesome job. I would buy them for a 2005 997 c2s if you are selling it.
