I agree.

Update:

The diffusor has arrived! The product was packaged extremely well, and survived the ground shipping from California to Toronto without issue.

Once Sam got involved, he really stepped up to ensure everything went smoothly and even followed up over email every other day. The original problem was related to some miscommunication that took place between the seller and Sam. In any case, it is all resolved now and would have no problem recommending/purchasing from Autotalent in the future.

Thanks for everyone's support in the thread, and especially for VSE Chuck who took time out of his day to pick up the phone and call up Autotalent to get things resolved on my behalf.
