What makes the .2 "S" so freakin' fast?

Yes, but then that would contradict his sexual preference.
Or it could be like calling a fat guy tiny.

Can you take pictures with commentary next time you swap them out. I'd like to see. Thanks
as you guys are learning it's not all about HP. Greek and Dog, you guys are now much better drivers than just a few months ago. I m happy you listened and got into DE's!
Next is Pagid RS29 Yellow pads and Toyo R888 tires! Swaping out the pads takes about 1 minute per wheel, silly simple. Come over and I will show you.

352 at the wheels is much more than 385 (as advertised) at the crank. I think Dog said it right in his first post: underrated HP by Porsche on the .2S.

on a 997S it is really simple...pm me you number and I will call you and explain it.

The vast majority of trackers couldn't drive their cars at the limit around a track even if their cars had half the power that they do. They try to compensate for their lack of skill and make up time by driving AWD cars, different rubber, adding more power for the straights, etc, and never learn how to properly navigate the turns. They hit the turns at half of the speed the car is capable of and then sprint down the straights to make up time.
A tracker should fear a good driver in a slow car before fearing a novice driver in a fast car.
Tracking is all about the ability of the driver and not the car. If you can't drive your car to the limit to begin with, why add more power? The only competition you should have is yourself. Focus on personal time improvements and not catching the car that just passed you up.

I have now 4 days on my 09 Carrera S. All on the same tires/brakes set up. At Sebring my first time out I was careful checking out the car and building up speed. 1 day 1st session I was turning 2:38...same times I turned in my 07 with a Tiptronic. I have progressed with the car, learned the car and now turn a 2:30 at Sebring. Same car, same set up better driving. The car still has more! I bet with a pro driving 10/10ths it would turn a 2:27-28

With all your pink shirts and the half gallon of gel in your hair, you make Richard Simmons look macho

The ironic part is Dog convinced The Greek not to buy a 2009 M3 coupe and get a Porsche instead!
Ahh...Grasshopper say "Beware what you wish for"...
Seriously though, I think Dog has a couple of options:
1. Convince the Misses to sell the house, boat, 996, dogs, bird, and jewlery, and purchase a 2009 GT2....GOOD OPTION....OR
2. Sell the 996, cancel your PCA membership, buy a 1985-86 Ford Mustang LX 5.0 (you know the one with the solid rear axle that sucks for cornering but is great for drag racing), get a membership with the NHRA and start drag racing at Desoto Dragway. BEST OPTION

I have no problem with that call sign as I'm secure in my manhood...you know what they say about guys that need alot of horsepower...

Despite the fact that I can't turn left or right, you still couldn't keep up with me to the next set of straights when we were running together. Twice.... I would suggest drag racing for you too. But since you lack both corner and straight line speed, you may be better served hanging it up and trying badminton.
