Thats why I said to the fullest of "your abilities" .... I know there are many out there that can drive my car well beyond my abilities.... but learning to get better and understand the car better is half the fun!!!!!!!!!!

Mo, you sound like me, go out and have fun on the track...and learn.

I find that there are people out there that think it is a race. I was on the track last week and a C6 Vette came screaming up on my behind on the first lap of the session and wanted to get by, gave him a point. I thought my god it is only turn 2, we both have cold tires, go for it clown! Sure enough I caught up to him and passed him about 5 minutes later.

 

What we do on the track is lapping .. . . . once i get better and get a different (cheaper) car... I will get into club racing.

Until then I just tell everyone.... WHAT WE DO IS LAPPING THE ONLY ONE WE ARE RACING IS THE CLOCK AND OURSELVES.... it safer for us and our cars this way

 

I have no desire to take it to the next level of Club Racing. I have heard that the seat time is greater in the lapping days.

In the PCA-CWR and PCA-PNWR they aren't even keen on timing. Some do it, but it is never talked about. People at work always ask me how was the racing, I respond; I don't race, I just drive.

I always love seeing a 911 with flat black wheels, especially with a "boring color" I think they really make it look mean...

I like it Mo, but the Black Hood screams out a little... I would have kept it stock color as your car.

Is the Hood CF, or is it just painted Black? Really hard to tell from the pictures... BTW I would get CF Wing Blade and keep the GT3 Wing
