500 is infamous around these parts500 is infamous around these parts
The 997S exhaust sounds good at idle during cold start and at certain higher rpms,it has a particulary nice tone at a steady 2800 or 3800 rpm in second gear and certainly sounds good @ 5500+, but when @FOT driving off from a stop at 1200+\- rpms it sounds like it is farting. Wish I had ordered pse...

Anyone have a sound clip of PSE w/ high flow cats? I was thinking about throwing some on when my C4S gets in but I'm afraid it'll be too loud even with the PSE off.

I've got the fabspeed package, not PSE. Not sure, but I've seen a number of times that almost all of the 100 and 200 cell cats come from Europe. You can find used ones for sale here, just need to make sure that they will mate with your exhaust manifold and PSE. Post in the "wanted" section.

A call to AWE or Fabspeed will yield great info; I'd try either or both.

I had Fabspeed, and liked it. Wanted a louder, throatier sound so switched to AfterHours, and love it. Pair either with an EVOMS cold air kit for best effect.

Check the Borla.
The sound is fantastic (listen to the soundclips),
and you can listen to your tunes or hold a conversation in the car at any speed, without raising your voice.
